WHAT IS THE PEOPLE’S CONGRESS?
The People’s Congress has this purpose: to enable the American people to alter our government as we see fit. To achieve this purpose, it is designed to become a deliberative body to propose constitutional amendments to the American people for ratification by a national referendum.
